Fringe Red Light therapy wraps:
Skin Contact: Set up your Fringe Red Light Therapy Wrap with direct skin contact. We have engineered this wrap to deliver a safe, ‘sun like’ intensity of red and near infrared light on your skin.
Warm is ok: The wrap can create some warming effect on your skin but should not be hot. If you detect the heat is rising – reduce your time or you can lower the brightness/temperature with the built in Light intensity/temperature control button.
20 minutes: When starting a red-light therapy treatment routine, you can start with a lower amount of time and gradually work your way up to an increased time if you feel more benefits. The average time for use is 10-20 minutes. We do not recommend exceeding 20-minutes of use on any one body area, but you can do multiple areas for 20 minutes each.
3-7 times/week: Best results come from consistent use, whether that’s every day, every other day, or 3 times a week.
Fringe Red Light Therapy Panels:

Fringe Red Light Therapy Panels:
Place on floor: Set up your Fringe Red Light Therapy panel on the floor in the room you spend time in (best to angle it upward). The panel can be 4-6 ft from you and does not need to be direct light in your eyes- the light will fill the room and be in your vision!
RED light: You can turn off the near infrared light for room lighting since you cannot see it anyway!
Multiple hours: There isn’t a time limit on room light, so you can use your red light panel to illuminate the room for 1-2 hours in the evenings during your wind down time. You can also use your red light panel in your bedroom for 30 minutes to an hour before sleep to help promote melatonin (the sleep hormone) production. You can supplement the sun throughout the day if you need as well as use it in the evenings. Some people use only red lights after sunset! It’s much better for our circadian rhythm than white lights in the evening! To use your panel after the 1 hour timer has timed out you have to turn the panel off before you can turn it back on.
Fringe Red Light Therapy Wraps:
Place near you: You want the red light to enter your vision and light up your personal space. would be best if you were also in an otherwise dark room. For your own comfortability, don’t stare into the lights.
1-2 sessions: The wrap will automatically turn off after the 20 mins. You can just do the 20 minutes or turn it back on for more time. We recommend 30 mins – 1 hour of red light before bed for improved sleep.
NIR & RED light: The wrap may produce some warmth because of the infrared light. You cannot turn off the infrared light on the wraps.
