Warm is ok:  The wrap can create some warming effect on your skin but should not be hot. If you detect the heat is rising – reduce your time or you can lower the brightness/temperature with the built in Light intensity/temperature control button.


20 minutes:  When starting a red-light therapy treatment routine, you can start with a lower amount of time and gradually work your way up to an increased time if you feel more benefits. The average  time for use  is 10-20 minutes. We do not recommend exceeding 30-minutes of use.


3-5 times/week: Daily use is also safe. You can use on multiple body areas per day.

Red Light only needed


Room lighting: Set up your FringeLight Red Light Therapy panel in the room you spend time in, in the evenings. The light can be 4-6 ft from you and does not need to be direct light in your eyes.


1 hour: Use the red light from the panel to illuminate the room for 1-2 hours in the evenings during your wind down time.
Daily use.

4-6 inches – Set up your FringeLight Red Light Therapy panel 6 inches from the area of skin you want to effect. 

Warm is ok – The panel can create some warming effect on your skin but should not be hot. If you detect the heat is rising –increase your distance from the panel or reduce your time of use. 

10 minutes – When starting a red-light therapy treatment routine, you can start with a lower amount of time and gradually work your way up to an increased time if you feel more benefits. The average  time for use for skin health is  10 minutes.

3-5 times/week – Daily use is also safe. You can use on multiple body areas per day.

Eye Protection – Optional, please use if the lights irritate your eyes. Do not stare directly into the panel. If using on your face, close your eyes while using. 

*Turn off the NIR function if you have sensitive skin, have, or have had skin pigmentation/discoloration ie. melasma)

4-6 inches:  Set up your FringeLight Red Light Therapy panel 4-6 inches from the area you want to affect.  We have engineered  this panel  to deliver a safe, ‘sun like’ intensity of  red and near infrared light on your skin at 4-6 inches  from the panel.


Warm is ok – The panel can create some warming effect on your skin but should not be hot. If you detect the heat is rising –increase your distance from the panel or reduce your time of use.
